This weekend I was invited to a very good friends wedding who I have known since she was a very young girl. The wedding was in Cornwall and i was asked as i often am now to bring along a few tricks.

It was a great chance to catch up with some old friends and I did perform some magic which did go down very well. The reception was held at the Guildhouse in Poundstock  www.poundstockgildhouse.co.uk

This is a very unique venue in the grounds of a church.

Luckily the weather held off and i spent the whole evening outside. I got chance to try out a few new routines i have been working on which is always good.

I would like to wish Katie & Chris all the best for the future.

3 Magicians in Southampton Guildhall

Friday night was one of my favourite gigs of the year so far. The Southampton Medics graduation ball.

It is not often you get chance to work with other magicians but tonight I had to entertain 450 guests. Three Magicians were required!

Two good friends of mine Tony Hymans and Steve Charrett two very good magicians helped me for the night and it was great to work alongside them as most jobs usually have less than 100 guests.

There was some reception Magic and then some Table Magic, everyone was amazed.

The event took place at Southampton Guildhall in Hampshire which was a great venue.

This was a comment I had bestowed on me last night. In all my years as a Magician I think it meant the most to me. After my normal routine at a table a very distinguished gentleman just leaned over and whispered to me “I believe you to be one of the finest Magicians in Hampshire.

I have been thinking about this all day and I am still on a high.

It is amazing that in this mad world how we do not compliment enough nowhere near enough.

Ask yourself when was the last time you actually paid someone you hardly know a compliement?

Make someoneds day tmw and give out a compliment – it will make you feel better and it will certainly make the recipient fell great.
