The National Motor Museum is a museum in the village of Beaulieu, set in the heart of the New Forest, in the English county of Hampshire.
Known locally as the Beaulieu Motor Museum it is an amazing venue and I was hired to perform there last year at a charity event for Southampton Hospital Asthma Research
It was a historic evening as the area where the tables were set out – pictured below was soon to be taken over by a new James Bond display, which now dominates the centre of the museum on two levels.
I spent the first half of the evening entertaining guests as they looked at the amazing collection of cars in the motor museum, entertaining small groups of people with my unique blend of close up magic and humour soon got the evening off to a great start.
There were over 100 guests in attendance with a charity auction and raffle and I donated my services for 2 hours of close up magic at any event in the next 12 months as one of the prizes.
In attendance was Lawrie Mcmenemy who was kind enough to pose for a photo.
If you want to find out more about the Beaulieu Motor Museum head over to their website – www.beaulieu.co.uk
Or visit them at the John Montagu Building, Beaulieu, Brockenhurst, Hampshire SO42 7ZN
If however you are planning an event of your own or even getting married, I am local to Beaulieu and am available to hire as a Close up Magician for any event.
