Hi, I’m Roger Lapin I’m a Close up Magician based in Hampshire and available to hire for evening entertainment for corporate events across the UK
I can provide unique and engaging entertainment for all your guests at any corporate event.
For a typical event I would aim to entertain 100-150 guests over a 2 hour period. If your event is much larger then I can hire other Magicians on your behalf. All will be of equal standard and members of the Magic Circle.

Pro-tip: Corporate magicians perform magic that’s designed to baffle and amaze adults. If you primarily want to entertain children, consider hiring a kid’s magician instead.

Entertainment Ideas for Corporate Events
Whilst a Magician is a great choice for corporate dinner entertainment, there are plenty of other choices which I will list below – all are personal recommendations which I have seen live.
1. Live Band
By far the best live band I have seen performing at a corporate event is Get Funked they are certainly not cheap, but as they say if you want the best you have to pay for it.

2. Casino Night
A lot of people don’t want a loud band and would rather retire to the corner of the room and try their hand at blackjack or poker. Typically you would only play with fun money with a prize at the end of the evening for the biggest winner.
A Casino Night is a very popular evening entertainment idea. Using, full-size quality tables ensure that almost any room can be converted into your own personal casino for the night. Professional croupiers ensure the atmosphere is as close as you can get to the real thing! A variety of the most popular and enjoyable casino games are available, including:
- Black Jack. A variation on traditional “21” or “Pontoon”. Black Jack is played in every Casino the World over. This is the most popular game and everybody can play it.

3. Saxophonist
Wendy has played for many years both on the professional circuit and performs solo as well as in bands.
