This post will list the best Magic Shows in London for 2020, most of them I have personally watched and each review is my honest opinion.
SPOILER: I loved them all!
Hi, I’m Roger and if you are looking to hire a Magician in London please contact me for a no obligation quote.
The Magic Hour – Picadilly, Mayfair
Billed as London’s most exclusive Magic Show, Tony Middleton aka Sonic has created a very intimate magic show which has a very victorian feel about show, this is not fire, flashy lights and dancing girls. The Magic Hour is really what magic should be, performed in the perfect environment, Tony’s one man show has been running in London for over 5 years now.
Shows draw on the evocative imagery of the ‘Golden Age of Magic’ (late 19th-early 20th century), and the concept of a private salon magic show as popularised by the French Magician Robert-Houdin.

In sharp contrast to the Magic Hour, The Illusionists Show is completely the other end of the scale. A high energy show with danger and multiple performers.
James More – The Showman
Enzo Weyne – The Unforgettable
Yu Ho-Jin – The Manipulator
Adam Trent – The Futurist
Chris Cox – The Mentalist
Paul Dabek – The Trickster
Jonathan Goodwin – The Daredevil

I hope one of these shows is up your street.
From intimate performances to grand shows you are never far from a Magic show in London
My personal favourite and the one you are most likely to get a ticket for is the Magic Hour, it’s been running for 5 years with no signs of stopping.
Victorian Magic is my passion and I just love watching magic is it is meant to be performed from very beginnings of magic.
However if you are looking for a full on night out fire and dancing girls show the Illusionist show is the one for you. Tickets are obviously going to be more expensive and it will only have a limited run, so depending on when you read this it may have already finished.
The close up magic at the Magic Circle is also for one night only so chances are by the time you read this tickets will be sold out, but hopefully there will be more shows.
Enjoy the show!
