The Mill at Gordleton one of the most picturesque New Forest Wedding Venues

Weddings in the Wood
Situated in Lyndhurst hidden amongst the trees of a private woodland estate. Fabulously private and secluded, you will enjoy exclusive use of the venue and we will do everything we can to make sure your special day goes without a hitch and is memorable for all the right reasons!
They have a license to hold wedding ceremonies and civil partnership services in the Carpenter’s Barn and can also arrange woodland wedding blessings.
The barn itself can accommodate around 100 guests for a sit down meal. A semi-permanent marquee on the woodland deck extends the covered space, seating a further 125 guests. Additional marquees can be put up on the lawn if required. After the wedding feast, the tables and chairs can be cleared to create a huge dance floor. You can hire a band or a dj to play in the barn – perfect for country dancing and we can even arrange straw bales for seating!
They have a licensed bar, a large fire circle and bbq facilities. There are lawns for entertainment and a meandering trail through the ancient woodland. The newly weds can spend the night in the Honeymoon Shepherd’s Hut and there is also accommodation on site for your guests.
They provide the blank canvas for you to design your perfect event – this allows you the freedom to have your own dream wedding.

New Park Manor Hotel
New Park Manor is a unique wedding venue: King Charles II’s favourite hunting lodge set in the heart of the beautiful new forest.

The enchanting wedding in the woods took place in the heart of the New Forest, one of the most sought-after forest wedding venues in the UK. The ancient trees provided a canopy over the couple as they said their vows, their words echoing softly against the whispering leaves. The wedding breakfast was a delightful mix of traditional and modern cuisine, impeccably served to the guests who were pleasantly surprised by the charming setting.
