Wedding Magician
Bringing the magic to your special day!
Hi, I’m Roger a Professional Wedding Magician
I have been performing magic at weddings for over 18 years and absolutely love my job!
Wedding Magicians are becoming very popular now as couples want to give their guests some extra wedding entertainment. I will add that extra touch of magic to your special day.
There are three main times to use magic at a wedding; these are during the photos, during the wedding breakfast, then after the wedding breakfast and into the evening.
Or depending on how many guests you are expecting, a mix of all three!

When is the best time to have wedding magician?
The most popular time that I perform at weddings is during the photos. There are usually a few hours between coming back from the church and the wedding breakfast.
This is also the time when you will be away with the photographer leaving your guests. You can relax knowing that they are all being entertained and amazed with some magic. I can mingle with your guests as they are enjoying their canapes performing short magic routines to small groups.
This can also be used as an ice-breaker for friends or family members that might not have met before and is certainly a conversation starter. So if you are still wondering how to entertain wedding guests between ceremony and reception a magician is a great choice
Magic during the wedding breakfast
The second most popular time that I perform at weddings is
during the wedding breakfast.
This will consist of an 8-15 minute routine per table where I will engage every guest at the table with an interactive display of magic, mind control and fun!
This is great for you as you will hear shrieks and laughter from around the room as I move from table to table. At the end of my performance I will treat the top table to a special performance which culminates in a unique keepsake for the bride and groom.
After the wedding breakfast or evening celebrations
The final option is to perform after the wedding breakfast during the room turnaround and into the evening celebrations.
A lot of magicians will advise that this is a good time to perform magic, I personally disagree as if there are guests staying in the hotel it’s the time they will go back to their room. For others they might take a walk so you will find a lot of guests dispersing.
For the early evening I would recommend a performance half an hour before the evening guests (if you are having any) start to arrive. I would then typically perform up until the band or disco start.
Expecting a lot of guests? You might need more Wedding Magicians!
Most of the performance options above are based on a typical wedding of 60-90 guests or a 2 hour performance.
But not all weddings are the same and you may only be expecting 20 guests or you may have invited 200!
I can offer a mix of all the options above to make sure that all of your guests get to experience some magic on your big day. From a 2 to a 5 hour attendance at your wedding.
If you have invited over 200 guests I would suggest hiring a second magician, I can book these on your behalf.
