Last Thursday I was performing as a Table Magician at the Ageas Bowl Hampshire supporting Hampshire Cricket in the Community the official Charity of Hampshire Cricket.
Hampshire Cricket Club Chairman Rod Bransgrove’s band, Strapped For Cash, were launching their new EP, “Kick Me When I’m Down”.
The video below shows what a great time I had performing my magic whilst all the guests enjoyed their meal, before being rocked by Strapped for Cash.
As one of the few Magic Circle Magicians in Hampshire I was chosen to entertain a star studded guest list
There were a host of local favourites attending including former England and Hampshire Cricketer David Gower, Southampton Football Club legends Matt Le Tissier, Francis Benalli and James Beattie along with BBC South Today TV Presenter Sally Taylor.

He was asked to write a description of one of the guests sat at the table, I will not divulge who it was, but it wasn’t me!
Also making an appearance at this fabulous event was Jim Davidson
After performing a few tricks at his table he said I was better than Fay Presto! Praise indeed.
All in all it was a fabulous evening, raising money for a great cause and seeing Strapped for Cash perform is always a treat.
